Valuations for Loan Security - Valuations are carried out for banks and other financial institutions to establish security for loans. Fletcher King are on the valuation panels of all the UK clearing banks and a large number of overseas banks lending on property in the UK. Our quantity surveyors also provide a loan monitoring role with a view to periodically appraising the security for the lender.
