The department both buys and sells properties for owner occupiers, pension funds and property companies. We advise on the optimum methods of sale to achieve the highest price and a likely period to achieve it. For buying, we advise clients on the purchase level, best terms and the impact of specification on value.

Once a decision has been taken to buy or sell a property, all aspects of the transaction can be critical to our clients, such as timing, structural questions, mechanical and electrical engineering, environmental issues, planning and legal matters and therefore we work closely with the entire professional team as required to achieve the purchase of sale without delay.
