One of the core activities of Fletcher King is the investment of client’s funds in income producing, tenanted, commercial properties and portfolio of properties designed to achieve attractive overall returns, and the day to day management of these properties.

The majority of Fletcher King’s clients have been with the firm for many years and some since its inception. The style of the firm is to develop a close partnering relationship with our clients where we can fully understand their thoughts, and the strategy they have for their business and property portfolios.

Our business objectives are very simple. It is to ensure that our clients assets perform to an agreed criteria which are clear, unequivocal and understandable.

We also believe that, whilst fully endorsing the importance of the use of modern fund management techniques and research, it is the application of the Fund Manager’s judgement which ultimately determines success.
