Asset management

It is our intention to build long term relationships with our clients and also to promote close liaison with the tenants so that we are always aware of their requirements to enable us to monitor all aspects and explore opportunities to actively asset manage the portfolio.

All instructions have involvement at Director and Associate level and clients have access to these contacts at all times. In addition, each client has the use of a dedicated Management Accountant, located with the Asset Manager who will be responsible for day to day financial issues.
