Fletcher King provide a comprehensive Asset Management service to clients, taking over the day to day running of the property portfolio to enable the client to concentrate on strategic issues. We aim to ensure that our clients’ expectations are met, but more often than not, that they are exceeded.

We aim to manage our clients’ properties as if they were our own, anticipating market trends and working closely with the clients to establish and implement the appropriate strategy for each property.

We are involved with the properties from an early date, frequently becoming involved prior to purchase and will deal with the management process during the clients ownership of the property and during any eventual sale.

Our service is tailored to match the clients exact requirements and ranges from a basic rent collection and Property Management service to full Asset Management of the portfolio.
